About

I was drawn to Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy years ago when my family decided to try it. I was surprised and delighted with the changes I saw.

Trying it myself, I was deeply intrigued and registered to become a practitioner. I completed the two year program with Body Intelligence, becoming a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. As the underpinnings of BCST are based on attachment theory, I have also attended workshops exploring early attachment patterns, learning how this effects our inner homeostasis and how this can affect our interactions with the outside world.

My Craniosacral Therapy practice is based out of Fort Langley Massage Therapy and Holistic Health, which I own and operate.  I am also a teacher at Body Intelligence, school of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy practitioner training.

Post Grads and Classes I have completed are

    • Advanced Cranio and Relational Skills with Babies and Families
    • Somatic Psychology & the Potency of the Psyche
    • Transgender & LGBTQIA2S+ Affirming

In the past I have volunteered with BCBabyCranio, a community clinic that used to run in Vancouver, offering low cost BCST for babies and their primary caregivers.

I love studying BCST and anything to do with it. I believe it is a lifelong endeavor. To resource, I enjoy walking amongst the trees, reading, meditation, hanging out by water, and cozying it up with my family. Unknown to me when I registered, becoming a practitioner would become my own experience of personal healing. I feel deeply grateful for the experience and love to offer this therapy to others who are engaging in their own healing. It is a beautiful thing to witness shifts in another human being. It can be as simple as a body part moving with more ease, a feeling of deep rest, or as subtle and profound as watching someone interact differently with the world around them – coming into more ease in themselves and with others.

I look forward to meeting you.
